With this machine we can cut any material in the world other than tempered glass.
We can cut anything 12 inches thick up to an accuracy of +/- .001
We also have an A-Jet accessory which allows us to do 5-axis cutting.
We supply 6 different qualities from quality 1 being our lowest quality all the way to minimum taper which is used more in the aerospace industry where precision is an absolute necessity. Quality 1 is still very very clean and accurate, but it depends on the customer and their specific needs. Benefits of waterjet Is that there is no heat, so for items like aluminum or stainless where you want little to no heat treatment it is perfect or even for other consumables such as plastics, sponges, granite, marble, fiber glass, and even ceramic tile.
