WATERJET CUTTING

With this machine we can cut any material in the world other than tempered glass. We can cut anything 12 inches thick with an an accuracy up to  +/- .001

We offer 6 different levels of quality, including minimum taper which is used in the aerospace industry where precision is an absolute necessity. The lowest quality that we offer is still very very clean and accurate, but it comes down to your need and what the end product will need to be used for. One of the major benefits of waterjet cutting is that there is no heat. This is important  for items like aluminum or stainless where you want little to no heat treatment.  Waterjetting is perfect for a wide array of material cutting such as plastics, sponges, granite, marble, fiber glass, and even ceramic tile.
